PC-Rot Terminator® is a professional-grade structural wood hardener designed to strengthen decayed, weathered, and rotted wood. This low-viscosity epoxy consolidant penetrates deep into damaged wood fibers, filling voids and reinforcing weakened areas to restore strength and durability. Ideal for log homes, cabins, timber structures, wood siding, decks, window sills, trim, and historic restoration projects, PC-Rot Terminator® helps extend the life of wood that would otherwise require costly replacement.

Unlike surface wood fillers, PC-Rot Terminator® penetrates porous and deteriorated wood, bonding loose fibers together and replacing lost wood resins with a durable epoxy elastomer. Once cured, the treated wood becomes significantly stronger, harder, and more resistant to future deterioration. The product follows the grain of rotted wood, allowing deep penetration into damaged areas for effective stabilization and restoration.

PC-Rot Terminator® is an excellent first step before rebuilding missing sections with wood epoxy repair compounds such as PC-Woody®. Together, these products create a comprehensive wood restoration system for repairing and preserving damaged wood structures.

Coverage Rate
Approximately 2 square feet per kit. Actual coverage will vary significantly depending on the condition, porosity, and extent of deterioration in the wood.

Application Instructions
For best results, remove paint, varnish, loose fibers, and surface contaminants before application. To improve penetration, expose the wood grain by sanding, cutting, drilling, or poking holes into the damaged area. On vertical surfaces, angled holes may help retain the consolidant during application.

Apply PC-Rot Terminator® using a brush, roller, or applicator bottle until the wood is fully saturated. Additional applications may be applied before the previous application cures if deeper penetration is needed. The product may also be injected into drilled holes or larger voids to stabilize severely deteriorated areas.
