Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Log Cabin Maintenance Co. If you’re not, we’re here to help.


Returns
We accept returns on most unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

To start a return, contact us at Sales@logcabinco.net with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and a return authorization if eligible.


Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used containers

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Damaged goods not reported within 3 days of delivery


Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and a description. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
